A Space to Heal, Connect, and Grow
Sometimes, the experiences we carry can affect how we see ourselves, navigate relationships, and move through everyday life. You may find yourself feeling anxious or overwhelmed, struggling with self-doubt, or noticing patterns that are difficult to understand or change. Perhaps past experiences continue to affect you in the present, or you and your partner find yourselves caught in the same disagreements, feeling misunderstood, or struggling to reconnect. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your relationship, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand what you are experiencing.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Understanding Yourself and Your Experiences
In individual therapy, we can explore how past experiences-- trauma, stress and burnout, life transitions-- may influence your emotions, beliefs, relationships, and a sense of self. Sometimes, the ways we learned to cope or protect ourselves in the past continue to shape how we respond to challenges today. Together, we can work toward understanding these patterns with curiosity and compassion.
My approach to therapy draws from narrative therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and mindfulness-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. These frameworks offer different insights to explore our stories, recognize how our thoughts and emotions influence our experiences, and develop a more intentional relationship with ourselves. We can identify patterns that may no longer serve you and explore ways of responding to life's challenges that align with your values.
My goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative space where you can process difficult experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Therapy is not about erasing your past. It is about understanding your experiences, recognizing your strengths, and creating space for new ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.
“Therapy is not about erasing your past. It is about understanding your experiences, recognizing your strengths, and creating space for new ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.”

Strengthening Your Relationship
Relationships can be a source of comfort and connection, but they can also bring up difficult emotions and familiar patterns. You and your partner may find yourselves struggling to communicate, feeling distant, or having difficulty understanding each other's needs. Sometimes, these challenges reflect more than the disagreement itself, but rather deeper feelings and experiences that influence how each of you responds.
Drawing from the Gottman Method, we can work together to explore recurring patterns, develop healthier ways to navigate conflict, and identify meaningful opportunities to cultivate friendship, intimacy, and mutual understanding. Whether you are working through a difficult season, hoping to rebuild and reconnect with one another, or wanting to deepen a meaningful relationship, couples therapy can provide space to slow down and become more intentional about the relationship you want to build.
